High Desert Community Foundation Scholarships
The High Desert Community Foundation (HDCF) is excited to announce the start of the application period for 2019 scholarships. HDCF administers several scholarships to High Desert graduating seniors who are planning on attending an accredited college or university for the 2019 Fall Term.

All scholarship applications can be mailed directly to the High Desert Community Foundation, P.O. Box 2028, Apple Valley, CA 92307 or students may drop off applications at their office, 16020 Apple Valley Road, Suite B-6, Apple Valley, CA 92307.
HDCF will be available to accept applications beginning January 2nd and all applications are due by March 22nd, 2019.
Give Something Back
The GiveBack Foundation provides some amazing opportunities for our homeless, foster and children of incarcerated parents. They have been issued a 1 million dollar grant and are targeting 50 local students in the above categories who are interested in attending one of the following schools:
- University of La Verne
- Chapman University
- California State University San Bernardino
*All students must be able to gain acceptance to the above mentioned schools as normal. Financial assistance is granted upon selection from a pool of qualified candidates.

Students attending Excelsior Charter Schools who enroll in Victor Valley Community College will earn both High School and College credits. These college credits can assist students in achieving their Associates and often achieve this before graduating High School.
